Annotation Wiki Template

For notes and annotations.

Usage examples:

{{A| This part of the document I'm editing is rubbish because.... }}

Optionally include a heading if you don't like the default:

{{A| This section is rubbish, and I can write many paragraphs here to explain why in great detail | Don't believe a word! }}

Optionally also include an Author with the heading (but you can't have an Author without the heading):

{{A| This section is rubbish, and I can write many paragraphs here to explain why in great detail | Don't believe a word! | Dan }}
